River Falls Emergency Medical Services
About Us
River Falls is a municipally owned, Critical Care Paramedic level department consisting of a combination of 7 career and 50 paid per call staff.
We cover 252 square miles, consisting of 7 townships and 2 cities for a population around 60,000.
We run 2,000 calls per year, which consist of 911 calls, interfacility transfers, ALS intercepts to surrounding communities, and mutual aid responses.
We utilize four ambulances and two paramedic quick response vehicles and one command trailer.
Our community is the home of the University of WI – River Falls, which currently hosts 7,500 students.
River Falls EMS is a rapidly growing and expanding EMS organization in Western WI. We pride ourselves on our aggressive patient care and our community public relations program.
